Need to flag and/or count duplicates in multiple columns
Not sure how to best flag, and/or count, a cell value that has multiple duplicates in the same column and is also tied to multiple cell values in a different column.
Basically looking to flag if BLC/Mailcode is tied to "Enterprise" and "Branch". So NC2-152 and NC2-220 should be flagged sinced tied to different cell values.

Try this:
=IF(COUNT(DISTINCT(COLLECT([Br | Ent]:[Br | Ent], [BLC/Mailcode]:[BLC/Mailcode], @cell = [BLC/Mailcode]@row))) > 1, 1)
