Can I calculate % complete & % remaining from multiple project plans into master dashboard?

I need to calculate % complete and % remaining from multiple sheets into one master dashboard. I have 4 separate project plan sheets that have these percentages for the individual project sheet, but want to see the overall percentages complete/remaining for the 4 sheets as they are all part of one major project. I appreciate any assistance you can offer/suggest. Thanks.

Have you looked into putting the 4 sheets into a report and then using the grouping and/or summary features?

Hi Paul, I have created master reports for all the project plans, deliverables and risks. I'm not familiar with 'grouping' or summary features.

You can create groups and summarize them right in a report. You could create a report that brings in all project plans, create a filter so that it only pulls in the row that contains the percentages you want, and then create a Summary to average those percentages.
