A date row which can subtract from a date column

I want to do something like this where I want to give weights to projects for particular month based on how far the release

date is . I dont think i can make a row a “date row”. How can I achieve this?

You have to convert the 36 months to days (which in your case would be 1096) and put the weights in double quotes "value", this is how your formula would work -
