2023 Project Management e-Learning Training

I completed the 2023 Project Management e-Learning Training on Smartsheet University.

The end of the training shows that I should receive a badge but no badge appears in my Skilljar student account, nor have I received an email from Credly.com. This is the screen that I see at the end of the course.

Like I stated above, there is no badge in my Skilljar student account or in Credly.com.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Also, I'm curious if Smartsheet U published this training prematurely. This training contained several spelling and formatting errors, more than I've seen on any other training.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Hey @TrippK

In my experience Smartsheet tends to take a while to process badges. You may even need to manually request the badge (not always the case but I'd double check). Regardless of whether you need to request it or not though, I've typically seen a decent delay in being awarded the badge you earned. I'd wait a few days & if you still don't see it reach out to Smartsheet support.
