Trying to get my column to display same text in every cell within the same column each time

Good Morning SmartSheet Community,

Having a little trouble writing a formula that auto-fills every cell in a column with some pre-determined text.

Trying to get every cell in the IT column to read "C - Coded" as soon as we begin working within a new row.

Perhaps no formula is needed?

You could use a column formula, but you could also use a Workflow combined with the Change Cell Action.

Would that work/help?

Any recommendations on a column formula to use?

Current formula is only @row, does not allow me to @cell with this formula type.

WOW, I did not realize it was that simple.

Here I was searching for a specific formula that would accomplish that.

Works perfectly and I have learned something very useful for our program where I work.
