Managed Resources Error When Allocating to a Plan
Hello,
We've added managed resources to Resource Management - they are clearly visible
They are also clearly visible in our Smartsheet Account.
The Smartsheet plan in question is linked to Resource Manager and is visible there.
We can allocate the projects to Managed Resources in the Resource Manager Schedule View
When we try to use the Resources icon in the plan to add the Managed Resources we get the following error:
"This user is not part of your Smartsheet organisation"
However, the screen grab clearly shows the users listed in the organisation (note: I've concealed their names for privacy reasons).
I waited 48 hours before attempting to apply the resources to make sure it wasn't a delay in sync'ing.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

In the screen capture, I can see that the user is shared to a sheet. However, Resource Management needs that contact to be a part of your Smartsheet plan, either as a free member or a licensed user.
This would be determined by the System Admin of your organization within the Admin Center, see: Admin Center: Add, edit, or deactivate users
