Automatically send a form on a weekly basis

I am required to send a form on a weekly basis. The info within the form never changes but needs to be done weekly. Is there a third party extension that can send a smartsheet form weekly to prevent having to do this manually?

You can set up a Weekly Alert to send automatically in a Workflow and include the link to the form.

Hi Andree,

Its actually the opposite that i require. I have the form but i want to send the completed form to the sheet automatically on a weekly basis. The form is pre-populated with the same information every week so theoretically could be issued automatically. I just need to find the vehicle to do it.
