Smartsheet still not working right after today's outage
I'm trying to demo a new Smartsheet solution I just built, but form submissions are taking at least 10 minutes to reach the sheet and trigger any automations.
Smartsheet status says everything is fine, but I can't even access the Smartsheet support portal from my account!
How can I make the support team away of this?

Thanks for the tag, and my apologies for the delay! I also experienced Form submission delays after the status said Resolved yesterday, as the service recovered.
At this time Smartsheet should now be fully functional and operational. Please do let me know if you continue to experience delays (and you're unable to access the portal) and I will create a Support ticket on you behalf.

@Genevieve P. Thanks for the response. Yes, everything seems to be working fine now, in fact started working sometime last night.
I tried to access the support portal from my account, but received this Troubleshooting page: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2482719-troubleshooting-support-portal-access?ErrorCode=REGISTRATION_HANDLER_ERROR&ErrorDescription=User+doesn%27t+have+an+active+Contract+or+isn%27t+associated+with+a+Reseller+Promo+Organization+with+the+Payment+Profile+Id+of+23791093.+Forcing+user+logout&ProviderId=0SO5a000000wk3H&startURL=%2Fs%2F
Is it best for me to use the "contact us" option and inquire why I can't access it?

Thank you for passing this along! We will investigate why you were not able to log into the support portal. In the meantime, please continue to attempt to log into the portal for any future tickets, and use the Support form as a backup (from the article linked above) if you are redirected.
