Turning Excel Data from a Survey into a Dashboard

Good evening!
Once again, I am leaning on the brilliance of this community to help me with an issue. My boss gave me the data provided below. Each question is different, with different answers. He wants me to put the data into a dashboard by tomorrow. Is there a simple way to do it? I've been trying to wrap my mind around it.

Hi, @Austenp ! My recommendation would be chart widgets for each question: pie chart widgets for DEM01 and DEM02 and probably a column chart for DEM03 if people are allowed to choose multiple answers for that one.
You could use the Answer and Count as the selection for each chart.
I hope that helps!
