to return total value if both conditions are met

Can anyone help me provide me formula wherein if two conditions are met it will return the total value of those conditions.

for.

Column 1 has choices yes and no

Column 2 has choices US and UK

I want to get the total count of those who says yes in US and UK seperately

also total count # of those who says No in US and UK
