I agree with @Andrée Starå - this sounds like an issue best resolved via 1:1 Support where you can share personal information.
In the meantime, I would recommend going through the possible causes for an error like this listed in this Help Article: Error: SAML authentication not supported
Potentially try accessing Smartsheet via incognito mode or another browser to see if that helps, making sure you're using an email address that has an account associated with your company's plan.
