Trying to find out how many records each employee is entering per day.


My employees (9) are entering records in the field in SmartSheets. What I am trying to figure out is if there is a way that I can look at each employee's productivity (i.e. records entered), by day, in SmartSheets.

I reached out to SmartSheets for help, and they were not helpful.

Can anyone tell me if this is possible, and if so, how to actually get the data (i.e. what is the actual formula, etc.)

    Hello @J.D. Landry - Do you have an auto-populating column for "Created by" and "Created date"? Using those, you can see who is entering what and when. For instance, you could set up a Report based on the sheets where they enter this data, and choose to Group by the "Created by" column. You can schedule Reports to email you with a PDF or Microsoft Excel file, so you could get the list emailed to you every day.
