where do i change the margins so i can fit everything in one page.

I'm trying to print the Grid View and my Gantt view. i see all this white space but i can't seem to fit what i want on an 11X17 page. it keeps going to 2 pages.

Can you explain where you're trying to print from?

When I'm in a grid, and click the Print icon, it opens a print dialog box with options for paper size, margins, and even Scaling where you can fit to how many pages you desire. Are you attempting to print another way? Are you seeing these options when you print?

I have ghannt view open. I'm trying to print the grid columns and the Ghannt view at the same time. and yes i'm seeing these options.

i'm still having the issue that part of my ghannt working is not printing. it gets cut off.

i have another questions. When i share my sheet. can i stop the ghannt on a certain data so the person looking at it can see all the information or columns instead of blank months. My data finishes at 4/10/23 but when i share they can view until 3/2024 which of course is blank.
