I have stopped using Smartsheet for 18 months. I have written to their financial department. Go on invoicing me and taking my money out.

Thanks for letting us know about your concerns. I was able to confirm that the Smartsheet account associated with this Community log-in has been cancelled since October 17th, 2022, with no payments after this date. The payments prior to October were set up through PayPal account as a monthly subscription, able to be cancelled directly at any time.
