How to sent a notification when a admin has reached X amount of tasks?

Hi team,

Would love some help!

The goal: When 10 process of one category is reached for that specific team member, to send a notification to them. (I.e when Jessica Denton reaches 10 new accounts submitted, send a notification). I do not want when 10 processes are submitted in general but just for a specific process.

@Jessica Suarez In no particular order, just to understand better: What message would be in the alert? Is the Process column that only thing being checked, or are you also looking for rows that have been processed or verified (e.g., alert on the 10th New Account AND the 10th new account SUBMITTED)? Would the alert be tied to the tenth instance of the process, or to the first?

(first thing you might add is a column that counts what is in the Process column, based on Team Lead and Verification Confirmation state)
