Resource Views - "Other Sheets"

Is there a way for anyone to identify the source of "Other Sheets" in within the resource view?

There seems to be one or more sheets within my organization that have arbitrary allocations assigned which is deterring adoption of this particular feature.

    Hi Matt—

    "Other sheets" in resource views are sheets that you don't have access to. For privacy reasons, Smartsheet hides information about "other sheets." 

    One method you could use to figure this out is to have a SysAdmin download a sheet access report. (Details on that in our Help Center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/795920#manageactions)

    They can then use this to get every sheet shared to them (or to you) so that someone on your team has a full resource view of all sheets. Once shared, they'll appear by name in your resource view.
