Linking Multiple sheet to one mastersheet

Dears,

I am currently managing 12 different project plans, so it means I have 12 different smartsheet project plans managed by 12 different project managers, I wanted to create 1 master sheet that combines the activities of all 12 plans in one sheet, how do I do it? I saw a video and tried cells linking but my only challenge here, if any manager added a new row for a new activity on their project sheet, how will this be reflected on my mastersheet automatically? Please help
