Count number of times a task is created in a year

I am trying to count the number of tasks that are created in 2023. I'm a beginner and not sure what formula to use. This is where I am starting "=COUNTIFS(Created:Created,"

=COUNTIFS(Created:Created, YEAR(@cell) = 2023)
