In addition to taking customers to restaurants, we also do activities with them. Ideally, I would like to be able to enter that information, pricing, what we ordered last time, and whether we would return.

So do you already have a sheet set up to capture some of this data? I would say creating a form and using it to input the data would be a solution for you, but would need to know what you already have and are already tracking.

I have several places where I have that data. I am going blind to this project. I just don't feel that excel is everything that I want It to do. But, not sure of everything that I want to do until I dig into it.
