How do you enter multi-line text in a cell other than using the text wrap feature?

If you're just entering text manually into the field, use Alt-Enter, just like Excel. You still need text-wrap on though for the values to get stacked vertically.
If you're using a formula to set or gather text into the field, you need to incorporate CHAR(10) in between the values. For example:

For me either option does not work (Alt + Enter, nor Ctrl + Enter). This Smartsheet is in a shared folder on our network. We work in remote locations. One of my peers is able to do this. Would the keyboard used negate this? Mine is a Goldtouch split and I'm also not able to do Ctrl + Alt + Delete to log off. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.
