Sync Conversations and Reminders

Is there a way to tag a conversation and create an alert/reminder based off the information in the conversation?

For example, I would log a conversation by linking an email from Gmail. Then tag that conversation to follow up in x amount of time.

I'm thinking the answer is no and to create a task associated with the conversation. Would love to hear anyone else's thoughts on this. Thanks!

We could probably trigger specific reminders with specific text in the comment using the Latest Comment feature.
