How to change Status (RYGB circles) based on State

New user here.

Looking to include a formula that changes the Status (red/yellow/green/blue circles) based on the State. I continue to get an #IMPARSABLE message.

Not Started=Red

In Progress=Yellow

Complete=Gree

On Hold=Blue
