Template for booking shared office space

Hi, I was hoping someone could offer guidance on a template for booking shared office space. I'm sure it exists. If anyone has a form they can share that would be extremely helpful.

    I use an edited version of the Equipment Schedule template, where I have my conference rooms listed as the equipment. I paired this with an automation that would move the lines after their date is passed to an archive sheet, so the data is always current.
