Smartsheet skipping rows when data entered into web entry form

Hi there, I have set up a web entry form on Smartsheet but am currently experiencing issues when someone submits a data entry to the form; the data entry skips first 5 blank rows of the smartsheet and is populated in middle row of the sheet. This happens even though the first few rows of the sheet are blank and have no data.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and can advise how solve the issue?

Even though the rows look blank/empty, they can still be "activated". Try deleting the empty rows.

I had the same issue but how can i be sure that those empty rows were not actual submissions?

As long as the records are completely empty, they are not submissions.
