Is it possible to export only the newest entries of a Smartsheet to Excel?

I am working on a group project using Smartsheet. One person's job is to add 70 rows each week. The next person exports the data to an Excel spreadsheet. They want to be able to export only the new rows entered, not the entire dataset. Is there a way to only export certain or newly added rows? Thanks!!

You could achieve that by creating a report from the sheet that would be filtered to only display entries from the last 7 days, if the sheet doesn't contain a date created date field then that would need to be added.

The report could also be set to email automatically on a set period, save the second person having to complete the manual task of exporting and just working with the received info.
