Any way to apply conditional formatting to bar chart colors?

Is there any way to apply conditional formatting to the colors in a bar chart? As an example, I would like positive %s to be green and negative %s to be red. In this case they would all be red, but as we update data it will change over time, and I want to apply the logic now.

No, there currently isn't a way to set conditional formatting on bar charts, such as turning different colours based on the data being presented.
