Hello,

I could use some help on making a link available in a form to an external user (someone outside of my company). I am trying to make a template available to external user so they can click the link and download the file and then attach to the form before submitting.

Anyone have an idea how I can make the link available for external users?

It is an Excel document that would be available for the requestor to download.

Where is the Excel document stored?

It is currently on our SharePoint site which my company blocks to external user.

Ok. You would need to either add a copy somewhere they can access it and link to that location or convert it to a Smartsheet Sheet and then share that and ask them to export it to Excel.

I was wondering if I added to the file to a teams site if that would work but I will certainly give the Smartsheet a try. I did not think of that. Thank you.
