How do I get a dashboard to auto scroll down, up, and continue to repeat?

I have several dashboards developed that are longer in length than the monitor they are getting displayed on. I would like to have these dashboards auto scroll up and down repeatedly so that all the content is displayed at some point during a predefined time interval.

Has anyone found a browser extension or a way to get this to work?

Thanks for the response. I had looked into that link, but there are no extensions that automatically scroll back and forth, up and down, repeatedly which is the desired result.
