Using Dashboards as Policies and Procedures to share with team

Can anyone give me examples of how they have used dashboards to create and share Policies and Procedures with their teams? It is my responsibility to merge different policies, procedures, professional practice management plans, and engineering manuals into SmartSheets so that they can be shared with our teams. Currently, they are located in different places, including Sharepoint under QA/QC, and various dives shared with the team. My goal is to create a master dashboard with links to sub-dashboards containing these policies and procedures. Hopefully I can easily link to them from within sheets. Ideally, I could include portions of them in column descriptions or sheet summaries. In addition, I can save the Dashboards as PDF files. I also want to include workflows and automation when creating and approving them.

Hi @BStump - I am working on the same thing!!

Here's the main landing page we created. We'll have sub-sub dashboards by the time we're done.

We have multiple training and resource delivery methods, so I'll have some links to our LMS, some to Sharepoint, etc.

If you want to pull all of your content into sheet attachments, maybe you could publish reports on your dashboards. Something like this:

@BStump Which method are you interested in pursuing?

A. fancy dashboard with sub-dashboards and links to various delivery methods

B. simple report published to dashboard with documents attached to row

@Julie Fortney I am thinking more your Option A. But at this time I am just seeing if anyone is doing this sort of this in their companies.
