Using Dashboards as Policies and Procedures to share with team
Can anyone give me examples of how they have used dashboards to create and share Policies and Procedures with their teams? It is my responsibility to merge different policies, procedures, professional practice management plans, and engineering manuals into SmartSheets so that they can be shared with our teams. Currently, they are located in different places, including Sharepoint under QA/QC, and various dives shared with the team. My goal is to create a master dashboard with links to sub-dashboards containing these policies and procedures. Hopefully I can easily link to them from within sheets. Ideally, I could include portions of them in column descriptions or sheet summaries. In addition, I can save the Dashboards as PDF files. I also want to include workflows and automation when creating and approving them.
