Formula help with COUNTIFS

I know this must be a simple change but can't for the life of me figure it out! I'm just looking for End dates greater or equal to TODAY where the status is not "complete". This isn't working :-(
=COUNTIFS([Expected / Actual End Date]:[Expected / Actual End Date], >=TODAY, Status:Status,<>"Complete")
Thanks in advance!

Add () after TODAY
=COUNTIFS([Expected / Actual End Date]:[Expected / Actual End Date], >=TODAY(), Status:Status,<>"Complete")
Hope this helps
