Return several values via a vlookup

Hello all, is it possible in smarsheet to use a vlookup that would return several values in the same cell. I have a sheet with the list of users and the departments they belong to. I then have a sheet with the tasks of a project with a column that contains the users in charge of a task, each cell allows the addition of one to several users, would it be possible via a formula to display in a second column the department(s) corresponding to the task owner.
