Condition for a workflow: created date is not in the current year

Looking for a solution to move data to another sheet with automation under condition "Created Date is not in the current year".

I would appreciate if support.

I would suggest a helper column that has a formula to check boxes when it is not within the current year then setting up your workflow to trigger when the box is checked.

=IFERROR(IF(YEAR(DATEONLY([Created Date]@row)) <> YEAR(TODAY()), 1), "")
