Did the ability to 'Favorite' a folder disappear?

Options

I have several folders still in my favorites, but I have notices recently I am unable to mark a Folder as a favorite. The start is missing from the title to do so, and it is not a right-click or ellipsis option. Since I have entire folders already in my favs, it had to be there at some point. What gives?

    Strange! It works for me.

    Try these troubleshooting steps first.

    • Log out / in again
    • Try a different browser
    • Try the browsers in Private/Incognito mode
    • If possible, check if other users have the same issue

    If the steps above don't solve it, and If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal and providing the results of the troubleshooting steps above.

    I think this comes back to another post I found (after I submitted my question) about the hollow star that you could use to make something a Favorite. I found I could do this if I backed out to the entire workspace and clicked the star from there, but I having that next to anything you are working on is far easier to click and go. Will add to the feedback instead of ticket. Thank you!
