Column Properties Dropdown Formulas

Hello everyone, I'm hoping for some help. I have a series of codes that are tied to different strings of text. Here is an example. QA35: Please double check the instructions.

In Smartsheets, I want to put the code QA35 in as a dropdown but have the copy tied to it, auto populate in the column. Is that possible? Please let me know. Thank you.

    Hi @acallahan

I hope you're well and safe!

You could use cross-sheet formulas combined with either a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH structure to connect the sheets, and when you update the source sheet, it will reflect on the destination sheet.

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
