Count total of a column only if another column is not N/A

Hi,
I'm trying get a count for the number of items completed in my status column but I do not want them to be counted if the Target start date is N/A. Help!
=COUNTIFS(Status128:Status133, "completed", NOT(CONTAINS([Target Start Date]128:[Target Start Date]133, "N/A")))

=COUNTIFS(Status128:Status133, "completed", [Target Start Date]128:[Target Start Date]133, @cell <> "N/A")
