If i switch on a (shared) filter, can everyone see the same view?

Or will everyone need to activate the same filter in order for us to see the same view during a meeting?

Everyone would need to activate the same filter. If you need everyone to easily view the same filtered data, you can create a row report and have everyone view that instead.
