License for Collaborators
Hi,
I bought 2 license for different accounts. Can I make 1 account as a collaborator? Right now, even the 2 accounts are licensed, the sheets shared are still in view only.

Hi @Johnselah
I hope you're well and safe!
Which Smartsheet plan do you have?
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Hey @Johnselah
Is it possible that you shared an item with this new person but didn't grant them a licence?
In Pro Plans, collaborators need to have a license on the same plan in order to edit sheets. Here's an article about this: Pro plan sharing summary
Here's an article that goes into providing someone with a license: Grant or Decline a License Request for Your Account
Cheers,
Genevieve
