Use cell history to calculate task delay
Hi,
I am new to Smartsheet hand have been trying to find an answer to this without success. If I look at examples to track delays for tasks I always see folks adding extra columns like the actual start and end date to calculate the delay. I guess it works but I was wondering why that's required as you have the original values stored in your cell history. So is there some kind of advanced formula to use the initial dates in the cell history calculate those delays per tasks.
Ideally there would also be GANTT chart overlay to visualize the delays.
Thanks for your help.

Hi @Klefisch
I hope you're well and safe!
You'd copy the row(s) to another sheet and reference it from there.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
