Index, Match formula problem

Hi, I have an index, match problem and I cannot seem to work it out. On Sheet- Asset Tracker, from the smartsheet templates, I have assets listed. I have added a concatenated the column Asset Short Descriptor with a formula concatenating information from asset make, asset bldg abbrv, and asset room num. I have copied all of those cells in the asset short descriptor column and pasted them into another sheet's column drop down box. That other sheet is Sheet- Maintenance Log. On that sheet, I want to choose from the drop down one of the items from asset short descriptor, and have it fill in some asset information on the sheet- maintenance log. Using a simple index, match doesn't seem to work in all cases. Any ideas?

Try moving that first closing parenthesis to the very end.
