Problem with Formulas module (self-paced learning)

Hi,
I'm trying to walk through this and have run into a few issues. Sometimes I can't type where the instructions tell me to (usually adding characters to a formula). Then I'm forced to advance and I miss the rest of the lesson.
Ideas? Suggestions? I plan to take the instructor led training but it would be nice to do the self-paced module too,

Hey @CatSusk
I heard from the training team that they've updated the course and you should be able to use the - sign in the section of the course with the image you posted above! I tested this and it worked for me.
Please let us know if you come across any other issues.
Cheers!
Genevieve

Hi @CatSusk
Is it possible that this is related to the browser version or type you're using to go through the lessons?
I would suggest trying a different browser to see if that helps! If not, please contact the training team with a screen recording of the issues you're experiencing, noting the browsers you've tried and what type of computer you're on, so they can take a look at this.
Thanks,
Genevieve

Hi,
I'm using Google Chrome on PC. Here's an example where I can't add a minus sign after "row".
I'll send this to training as well.

I am having a similar problem where I come to a prompt in the tutorial and I cannot get it to continue. Is there any command that I can use to make the tutorial progress past the prompt so I can continue?

Hi @JaredSchlen
Have you tried a different browser? Can you post a screen capture of the exact moment where the module is stuck for you?

I'm having the same problem. After typing the letter a, the module doesn't progress. I've updated my browser and restarted it but the result is the same. Any recommendations? Can someone provide a link to this session that I can read instead?

Hi @jillramos
The first thing I'd test is to check the browser you're using to access the course - the best way to navigate the course is to be on the most up-to-date version on Chrome. Can you try testing a different browser, or ensuring that your current one is up-to-date?

I have the same issue @jillramos above; though I cannot even type the initial J. I have tried across Safari and Edge browsers; all of which are up to date. It is worth noting that the commentary says to click in row 1 which is highlighted but when you type the "=" sign it appears in row 2 and then from there I am completely stuck.

I am having the same problem. It is not a browser issue. Can someone advise? This is part of a mandatory professional development course, which I cannot complete until the module enables me to move on and complete the lesson. Help is appreciated.

Hi @MWooldridge and @eforte,
Jumping in here to provide an update - we reached out to the relevant team, and I can confirm that the affected lesson in that course has been re-uploaded and should now be working correctly.
Thanks,Georgie
