Work flow - multiple cell change

I'd like to learn how to create a multi cell change workflow. See below. Thank you in advance

I hope you're well and safe!

At the moment, you would have to create two separate Workflows because you can't change cells of multiple cells when it includes a Contact column.

Would that work/help?
