How do i pull more cell contacts into an alert?

I am trying to add another cell called Relationship Manager.

Hey alfred, your Relationship Manager column in your sheet, must be of type "Contact List". it's probably "text" now. Make it type Contact, then make your people in that column actual contacts (with names and emails stored properly in the column) and you'll be able to pull them into your automation.
