Changing a value in a cell based on a checkbox being populated

Hello, I may be making this too difficult but this is what I am trying to do.

On my smart sheet I have a Complete % column. Based on a couple criteria this column value will change to a default value of 20%. The part that I need help with is, as other check boxes are checked I want that value in the Complete % column to increase 20%. So what would happen after all check boxes are checked (total of 5) the value in that Complete % column would equal 100%. I hope this makes sense, maybe I am over complicating things. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Tim,

The fastest way I can think of achieving this is to have 5 hidden text columns (one for each checkbox column), then have 5 automations to record 20% in the relevant column when a checkbox is ticked. The complete % column could then just be a sum of the 5 hidden columns... not sure if that helps?

    Hi @tim_sims23

I hope you're well and safe!

You can use the change a cell Action in multiple Workflows or have multiple Condition Paths instead.

    Make sense?

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
