Option1:
Click the right side panel icon for "Summary". Do you have a field in there called Project Name or similar?
I think the first Task Name references that field in the Summary. Once you figure out the name (or if it doesn't exist, click the "New Field button in the Summary), come back to the first row and in the Task Name column add
=[Project Name]# Replace "Project Name" in this formula with whatever your actual field name is.
Option2:
Alternatively, you can type over what's in that Task Name column with your actual project name and not worry about the Summary field.

Hi Ryan,
The problem is that I do not know which column/cell was deleted. I am new to Smartsheets and not sure what formula is needed and how to place/map it in the "field"
Appreciate the guidance.
