Workflows failures
We have multiple workflows that appear to be overriding each other. An approver is getting 2 approval requests for requests that do not touch his workflows. Another approver is getting 3 approval requests for request that do not touch his workflows. I've gone though the approval requests, removed one of their names and still getting requests. Any ideas how to fix?
I went through each flow and do not see connections that would cause the crossing

Hi @MSuntex
I hope you're well and safe!
Can you share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

What information in the screen shots would help? Example: Maintenance Adjusted has one area for Sam to receive approvals. He is getting 3. I tested and replaced his name with mine in the workflow. I received 1 he still received 2.
Tested the Storm workflow where I do not have any links to me. I receive an approval notice and he is receiving 2

What about screenshots of those two workflows you mentioned (Maint Adj & Storm)?

Are you able to provide multiple "zoomed" in screenshots? The screenshots provided are too blurry to be able to see conditions and whatnot.
Either way... It seems like you have quite a bit of mapping which requires conditions and whatnot to be very very specific. I generally try to break more complex workflows down into multiple automations. It makes it much easier to troubleshoot and manage.
