Why is a sheet I need to reference in a formula on another sheet not populating?

Good day,

I have admin rights to a data entry worksheet but when I try to reference a cell from the data entry worksheet, to use in formula on another sheet, it's not an option. I've attempted to type in the exact name and nothing. Please help.

When you say it's not an option, do you mean the sheet won't show up when you select reference another sheet?
