Is this an update issue on my end? The Pain Scale Emojis are different from symbol selection

Hi All,

I sold my team using the pain scale symbols as a scoring system. They liked the emojis and that they were different colors.

However when it comes to the actual emoji's in the drop down, it looks like these -

Is the above colored options part of a recent release? If so, I assume that me seeing the previous version in the drop down is an update issue on my end?

Showing the same for me (as below) - agree it would be good for it to reflect the same emoji's that show when you select the 'pain scale':

Perhaps there is a bug with this update. I first noticed the green - red scale options on 4/17. On 4/12, the selection matched the drop down.
