Is there a way to share my work app across all users of the enterprise?

I have a work app that I will like to share across all users of the enterprise. And if I have not added them to a specific Role on the app, a default Role will be used for them.

Is this possible?

Do you have an org wide group? Groups can be shared to WorkApps also

I believe we have. Can you point me to any doc where I can check how a group can be used and updated and linked to access for Apps
