Date Created showing different for different users

A user created an entry, and the Date Created is showing the wrong date. Yet for me (Admin) when i look at the sheet, it is showing the correct date. Can anyone assist please?

Is there a time zone difference? I know that can be a factor.

Thank you, yes, the user had the wrong time zone in their Smartsheet personal settings
