Saving Sheets is super slow/locking up today. Says can't connect to smartsheet.com

Can't save sheets at the moment. Have tried with different browsers too. Anybody else?

Is the Workspace Panel only visible to individuals that have access to the entire workspace?
I'm wondering if I only grant permission to a handful of assets within a workspace to an individual, if that individual will have the workspace panel functionality.
